Tips for caring for your box.
Hello,Thank you for trusting us to put together a box of 24 Iowa Craft Beers or Ciders for you! We hope you enjoy this box for 2025. Please consider the few items listed below as you get your box home or delivered to that special someone.
1. Please, please, please do not open your box and immediately proceed to post photos of each day to a social media site. If you want to open every spot all at once, we just ask that you do not post anything regarding the selection as several individuals want to be surprised all 24 days!
2. If you post a photo on your personal social media site(s), we ask that you use #IACraftBeerAdventBox or #IACraftCiderAdventBox so we can see and comment on your posts using Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. We want to see all the fun you are having as well.
3. The 24 spots in your box were all randomly filled with Iowa breweries and cideries. This will allow them to receive some fun social media posts throughout the entire month. When posting your drink be sure to tag the brewery or cidery as well.
4. This box does not fit in my fridge, now what? We recommend keeping it in a cool place such as your garage or basement, so long as the location stays above freezing. Each day, after you see the amazing craft beer or cider you received, place it in your fridge and enjoy it at your leisure!
5. While we will not tell you what exact choices are placed in your box, we will tell you a few cool items about the selection. A few decided they wanted to include one of their “staple” offerings in the box. They want people to try a drink they can buy later. Others added a seasonal, and some allowed us to buy most of an already limited release of theirs. A few canned a drink they typically only put into kegs, and some are selling us cans that never hit the shelves and are only available in the brewery. We truly hope you enjoy each selection.
6. Above all, we want you to have fun with your Iowa Craft Beer or Cider Advent Box. Whether you use it as an Advent Box and begin drinking one a day beginning December 1st, start drinking the day you get it, or give them as gifts on December 25th, it’s your box. Again, we just ask that you refrain from posting on social media before December 1st, to keep the surprise for those that want to follow the “Advent Box” rules.
